Hi I was wondering if folks thought attaching a forum to The Dead new page might be a good idea? Seems that group can generate a fair bit of chatter. :)

How would that differ from the Grateful Dead forum? Not being sarcastic, I'm truly curious as to what the point would be of separating the two conversations...

well the way i look at it is this, the Grateful Dead forums are about another body of work that is GD music from 65 to 95.
Endlessly debated as to what eras are better, which line-ups were the best...etc. The forum on the Dead would include only works after Jerry's passing and in particular the new line-up on tour with the Core Four. I don't know might be splitting hairs but it gives a chance to new folks to more easily separate the 2 entities?? Or i could just be full of it...LOL

I agree. Give them a separate forum. I do enjoy PLF and the dead, but to me at least, many things have changed in this new incarnation. Another forum might be a good idea.
